This is not a good location. The one on Rivers adds about a 10-15 minute drive, but is worth it simply because the service here is not good. The receptionists act like you’re inconveniencing them to check you in. When I sat in the lobby there was 2 people in front of me. The best staff I’ve experienced at a NFCU! Went to get a loan for a car I bought on Carvana, went through the exchange process, and had to re-submit a new loan. Zach and the rest of the team at this branch really helped me out in complicated car buying process.
