Extremely long wait time. Only two representatives working.
Amazing staff!!! So helpful and courteous. Willing to go above and beyond to assist members. Yes the wait is long but I contribute that to the short staff. Hopefully more staff will be hired soon
Lying front desk will make you waste your time and say 20 to 25 minutes and wait 1- 1 1/2.
Staff such as the older blonde haired woman lack basic home training and simple manners such as excuses themselves when walking through customers. With the holiday times a longer than usual wait time is to be expected HOWEVER when there are 5-6 people working the front desk area there is no reason for a set of 2 people to be helping each client, the line was essentially out the door due the poor management. 5-6 customers should be able to be assisted at the same time instead of only 2-3, it’s insane how lackadaisical the emp... read more
