I’ve had great experiences with the staff, no complaints there at all. They’re always professional and helpful. The only issue is the location. It’s consistently packed, and parking is very limited almost every day. Hopefully they consider expanding or opening another nearby branch to better serve members.
Every time I have visited this location, the staff have been polite and efficient. I was assisted by Ms. Daphne today and was, again, not disappointed. Thank you all for getting me taken care of!
