This is starting to be ridiculous. Navy Federal in Duncanville,Tx with 3 atm machines and none of them working. This bank has been open for a while now and this is ridiculous and in order to make a deposit I have to drive to Arlington. I swear I been holding off on typing a review but this is ridiculous and needs to be fixed quickly. Every week it’s something with the ATM at this location and it’s horrible……
I just recently tried to get a membership with NFCU. I received multiple emails to complete my membership. Each email wanted me to upload my driver's license/ID or passport. I made an appointment to go in person. When I met with the credit union representative, she didn't seem to concern or even try to do anything to assist me.
