April 3 2025 i went to get papers notarize the girl take my papers i guess to get approval, she come back sit down tell me to sign them i autograph them by printing my name i don't write in cursive she say no you must use your signature, i said that is my signature i don't write in cursive she then take my papers i guess to the back come back and say she can't notarize them because the manager said no. i ask for the manager she says she has a right to deny notarizing my instrument. 2nd time coming to this location since it was built. Never had a bad experience. Was it super busy when I went this go around yes, but the reps were still friendly and they worked as a team. The ones that typically sit at a desk to work with ppl for loans, they were pulling ppl waiting in the cashier line to assist. Teamwork.
