I’ve always appreciated Navy Federal Credit Union for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere, but during my recent visit, I noticed a noticeable change. The employee who assisted me did not appear happy to be at work and lacked the warmth and enthusiasm that I’ve come to expect from Navy Federal.
