I just left this location. I have frequent other navy federal locations for cashier check they don't give you an envelope at this location, you have to wait in the lobby so someone can print it. Why don't tellers have that responsibility and provide an envelope. I have been to camp creek location, stockbridge location and the pickup was much quicker. Worst location I would not recommend. Instead of having tellers assist customers directly, they make everyone check in and wait, which creates longer and completely unnecessary wait times. The process is inefficient and frustrating, especially when the bank isn’t even busy. Just spent 45 minutes waiting for a cashier’s check that I had already ordered online. The process is extremely inefficient and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Very frustrating experience.
Super slowwwwww service ! It took almost an hour to replace a bank card. Ridiculous and to reference it as express . . There is Nothing express about it! Their methods , set up , something needs to be reviewed for more efficient service.
Navy Federal is TOTALLY TRASH. Your institution is supposed to be helpful and great customer service to people of military families. Whether it was a military or not the way you all operate needs to change. I just opened it an account with Navy Federal put money in at the bank yesterday and now I am locked out of my account. I am told that I need to come to the bank and waste my time because they locked me out because there is suspicious activity on my end as if my account is being attacked or something.
