If I could give zero stars to the Fayetteville branch of Navy Federal, I would. This past Saturday, I walked in to make a routine deposit into my business account, which holds over $100,000 and sees large deposits several times a week to support my active businesses. I’ve been a loyal Navy Federal member for several years, with a consistent deposit history, the same clients, and predictable amounts. Super slowwwwww service ! It took almost an hour to replace a bank card. Ridiculous and to reference it as express . . There is Nothing express about it! Their methods , set up , something needs to be reviewed for more efficient service.
They have horrible customer service. I came in 30 minutes before they closed. The lady claimed they had no notary on site. Bullshit. I came there before the girl who notarized my paper was there.
While I have experienced long lines in the credit union and few tellers/reps, I’ve always had a pleasant experience and the wait is never too long. I appreciate the hospitality of the greeters that help facilitate lines and where to wait. Best to come first thing in the mornings.
