Unprofessional & unorganized
This location is unorganized and unprofessional. My brother came in to get a replacement card: He was told that it would be 35 minutes until he was seen. We go to the Walmart in the Fayetteville pavilion and not even 5 minutes later, he gets a message saying that they’re ready to see him.. Once we get back to the branch, they proceed to tell him that two more people are in front of him and that he has to resign himself back in and wait another 30 minutes to an hour because of THEIR misinformation and want to use them having ... read more
