I just wanted to give a shout out to Mardro at this location! I came in 1/2/26 for a statement regarding a proof of transfer for a house closing. My loan originator told me last minute we needed this document so I came in frantic. Mardro took my request seriously and went through all the avenues to make sure I left with the documents needed. I'm giving a good review for the branch itself. Very good customer service. But Navy Federal as a whole is terrible! I've been banking with Navy Federal for 10 years. I am not even close to happy with the service I get. I bank through another bank now, because Navy Federal is THE WORST AT PROCESSING THINGS. Like refunds or checks. For example refunds... Most banks say takes 3 to 5 business days. Navy Federal will take the full 5-sometimes even 6 or 7 business days to process a $50 refund. The only reason I have this bank any... read more
Need to bring back the old staff. New staff has no smiles and no customer relationship. I watched a man trying to tell a joke and the lady scoffed while looking at him like he was crazy. I remember feeling like family here. Now it feels dull and lifeless. Godbless
