They are forever jacking with my account and basically freezing it for some reason or another. It's incredibly inconvenient and quite the pain in the ass. It also seems as though they're unable to fix or do really anything from this location, you always have to call someone. Tried transferring money to my cash app and they've done it again!! Now, I've got to go up there before work tomorrow to withdrawal my money to put in a different bank of mine just to transfer some money to my cash app. Ridiculous!

Everyone in the St Robert branch has been polite but honestly there are only a couple employees who know what they are doing. The credit cards aren't managed locally so I don't blame them for this but their fraud detector is way too strict. If you happen to travel they'll suspect fraud if you make a purchase away from home and then shut the card down. It's not too convenient to have to call in several times explaining that yes that was me who bought $23 worth of gas at the quickie mart. They'll say ok it's resolved but then ... read more
