Need to bring back the old staff. New staff has no smiles and no customer relationship. I watched a man trying to tell a joke and the lady scoffed while looking at him like he was crazy. I remember feeling like family here. Now it feels dull and lifeless. Godbless
Went into Navy Fed in St Robert Missouri requesting an amount lower than $10,000 in cash they inform me that's starting today they could only offer $2,000 in cash. Having a hard time understanding why you have policies (10,000 cash daily)when they can't stick to them. What is the purpose of a bank with no money.
I will not bank with a bank I can't trust. They not only lied but had a scam set up. A family member sent me an invite to join. The invite said that if I joined, I would get $100, and so would he. After going through the whole process, I never got the $100, neither did he. We called with proof; they said we'd get it, but they kept saying no, we don't get it because the promotion ended on the 6th.
