What happened to Navy Federal??? This bank (not just this branch but everywhere) used to be top tier but now you all seem "commercialized". We can't cash checks anymore even a $30 one that could be backed by our funds in our account?? More egregious... you don't do early releases on deposits (that are verified and consistent) it's either the day of or 1 day earlier... but it can show deposit for 4 days and your just waiting.... I've gotten different responses on various topics from branches, online, and over the phone... it'... read more
