This was my first time coming to this location and I was a little hesitant to do so because of the previous reviews. However, this location was the closest to me so I decided to take a chance and I’m glad I did. I was literally in and out in about 5 mins. For reference, I went on a Monday around noon. It wasn’t very crowded on the inside but there were a lot of people at the ATM. Staff was also kind but could be a little friendlier.

We have been Navy federal credit union members for over a decade, the customer service we have got from NFCU has been excellent until this morning. We went to the branch to do an international wire, the front desk assigned a rep named Zoe to help us,she seemed cold and unapproachable from the beginning, we provided the wire information to her both in written and printed form so she could type everything accurately without confusion. NFCU makes is so easy to do business with them. I originally financed a pickup with them in March of 2024. I was approved yesterday for my second auto loan through NFCU.
