Just had a really awkward experience at the branch and Navy Federal doesn't have a direct complaint line so leaving a review instead. I had pulled up to this branch at 8:59 AM. I park on the side of the building, get out of the car, walk up and realize they open at 9:00. So instead of walking back to the car I just stand there, less than a minute to wait, no big deal.
