If you have all day to watch an employee struggle go see agent Michael. He barely knows how to work the system. He had to ask for help twice, for someone that claims he worked for 20 years it was unprofessional, and untimely. Spent over 45 minutes and still didn’t get ever done. Hopefully this gets corrected.

I had a terrible interaction with the Branch Manager. I called the home office to discuss my experience st the branch with no success. The Branch Manager must of realized his lack of professionalism and delivery that he had the individual who was helping me that day, call me the next morning. He felt offering me the cost/delivery fee of the gift card would make everything right. I refused the offer because the cost was not the issue. Bad customer service at this branch Amanda the rep that I tried to get my dad's estate account setup .Basically accused me of fraud . Will not be using that branch again.
