I have never had issues with Navy Federal until now. I came in for a new card and the guy questioned my ID card AND drivers license. He said he had to take my license to his manager because it didnt look correct. He took it and stayed gone for about 5 to 10 minutes. He also did not return to inform me of what the wait was or what they were doing. What in the world is there to check on my license that takes that long?
