Horrible, horrible customer service… the way the cashier representative talked to me after I clearly explained to her I didn’t understand how a wire transfer works. I was so uncomfortable and upset that I drove here and didn’t get what I need handled says a lot about Navy Federal.. I won’t be banking here soon
Always the best experience I stay a couple hours just to visit with everyone strangers personnel it doesn't matter it's always a blast for me They make me feel better and I in turn make them feel valued as well

I’m disappointed with my experience at this Navy Federal main branch. This location apparently has only one teller authorized to notarize documents, and that person had already left early for the day with no backup available. As a result, I was unable to complete a simple notarization. What made this especially frustrating is that I had to drive to another branch that was not close to my home to get this done.
