I'd give zero stars if I could. Very unwelcoming. I've been a member for over a year now. When I moved to Long Beach I lost not only my new debit card but also my Driver's license. So before I even went to the branch I called their number I also asked the chat service online if they would accept my veterans ID as a legit military or government identification it does have my picture in my name and I was told two different times that yes it would be accepted.
