Worse service EVER!!!! I came into the branch today to open an account. I raced from work and I arrived at 12:35pm on a Saturday on my only free time in weeks. Only to be told by Rebeka at the front kiosk that since the branch closes at 1pm I could not open my account today. I explained that I’d already had an issue opening my account online and when I called the NFCU customer care line they advised me to go into the branch.
