Fantastic customer service. Got in and out in ten minutes. Made a cash deposit. Would highly recommend. Will be coming back.
Parking lot is severely undersized. Staff is overwhelmed due to this particular branch being too small and they never utilize all stations for tellers. Also, in regards to Navy Federal credit Union themselves, always be sure to triple check information given by people at the branch and people by phone. You always get two different answers. Waited 1 hour & 40 minutes to see someone for something that only took 15 minutes to fix. Will not do business at this branch again!
