I’ve been with Navy federal since 2020 and have had a great experience the whole time. I recently had to visit this branch to get a car loan and Carol in member representatives was absolutely AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything throughly and answered all of my silly questions so kindly. Carol thank you for being so kind please keep being your wonderful self :)
Just opened an account here. It was fast and easy. All was done on the app. The only problem that I had was with transferring money from my old bank to this new one. After going to Navy Federal, I understood what was happening with my old bank and the problem was resolved immediately. Thanks Navy Federal. I plan to be with you a very long time.
This place was packed and I had to wait in line for a few minutes, but there were a ton of employees working and they were all helping customers as efficiently as possible.
Definitely leaving this bank. Bc I know for a fact someone told me on the phone I could have a transfer wired fee waived. Been with this bank 5 years never had to wire never had to have any type of fee waived or anything. I’m leaving this here bc where is the research done . & for $20!!! I’m sure if I was a different it wouldn’t have been any type of problems!!!!
