The wait time is terrible and needs changing immediately. The wait everytime i come is 15 to 20 minutes. Corporate needs to address this. Thank you
Worst bank ever. The atms are extremely slow so you’re forced to come inside. The bankers are even slower. It doesn’t matter the time or day. You will always wait an extremely long time. The staff have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Why is this issue not addressed if it’s a on going complaint for this location ?!
Crowded parking and a long line inside but the staff worked dilegently with processing everyone. They did not seem to have a lax or arrogant heir about them as I've witnessed in other branches. I was delighted and impressed. It made the wait worth it to see them work so hard, and the young lady who helped me was very polite, friendly and professional.
