Rep by the name trey was very short and rude wont be returning to this branch this is the 3rd time I have had poor service by their staff
Hands down the BEST branch!!! They are friendly and welcoming! I am exited every time I enter this branch with the amount of positive energy from everyone there! I went in to transfer my dying dad’s accounts into a trust account. I brought power of attorney, all documents, forms of ID everything. They told me they had to “process my power of attorney” and it would take several days. NONE of his other banks, which are major, took this long. I come to the bank 5 days later- they still haven’t processed it, they had to contact POA department to push it through.
