These people are incompetent. I asked someone 3x when my balance would be updated and was told within 48 hours. Now I’m being told 5 days. This has been the worst bank experience ever!
They only had 1 representative available during my visit due to call outs however, the rep at the entrance and the teller was very pleasant.
I love the staff at this location they are amazing helpful and truly knowledgeable. I walked in to get a cashiers check and immediately discovered that I lost my debit card. As panic sat in the teller was so calm and ease my anxiety with let’s freeze you card and she still allowed me to get my cashier check. I ran home and flipped my house upside down looking for my card which I never found.
