After my dad who was in the Air Force told me about the bank, and my b/f Army, I was a little hesitant at first but later on down the line I signed up and made an account. The location here in Sandy springs was very helpful and explaining the process. I've had to call the 800 number a few times just to understand how to make deposits in my account the 800 number is open 24 hours every day. I came in because I was having issues getting my daughter an account and to cash my money order Nisha who is the manager was able to help me in my time of need. Diandre helped process my request in a timely manner. He was extremely helpful. Greeting me when I came in was Bradley and overall the office experience was wonderful. Shavon was also amazing everyone had a great energy and I will come back in the future
