I came for to pick up my auto loan and Bradley was amazing. Customer service is impeccable! Truly a great experience.
How the hell do you contact the branch directly! The only phone numbers are the generic 1-888 number that is so worthless. Love losing 5 min on the phone with the most atrocious phone AI system ever created
I came here for a new car loan and BRAD was phenomenal with assisting me in this process. This is my second time doing this process through navy federal and Brad made this experience just as memorable as my first but better! I was on a time crunch and he was very personable, thorough and helpful. Definitely ask for him when coming to this location! You won’t regret it! Thanks again Brad!
