I came in to get a replacement card and while the guys that greeted me at the front counter were nice, the lady who issued the card was not. She was very "nice nasty" and lacked warmth. She responded to me with sounds, no words. Um hm, hm and ummm. She did ask me, very nasty like, "Hm what happened to the card" when i explained she responded with "um hm" and bucked her eyes. She did enough to do her job but failed to completely remove my card from servicing as merchants were still able to charge to my old card... tisk tisk. ... read more
