For a simple dispute they ask you to upload documentation (which for me was a picture of the businesses sign) then they say they never receive it online, even though a person on the phone claimed they did see it. Which is it? It isn't both. The person on the phone yesterday lied and claimed she is over every department and a supervisor as well.
