POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES !! Extremely slow and lack experience. Went to verify my account details. It took f2 hrs of waiting in a tight sittitng area. Once I spoke to account rep - she indicated to me the information i used was not permitted to verify my identity/ when it fact it was on the list submitted by Navy. Tenika said she would submit it . Two days later I went online I was locked out. Call Navy Federal Main call center. She never uploaded the documents. I wasted 2 hrs and had to repeat the process over at a more organ... read more

I love this credit union and this location. The service is always good and the people are always friendly. If you ever get an opportunity to join Navy Federal you need to jump on it because this is where your money should be. I have never had an issue with them over the phone or in person. I had an account with a bank along with this account , but I have canceled my bank account and moved everything over to this account . Best move ever!
20 person line, 1 teller open. 30 employees in the building just walking around or talking to one another about personal things. An hour wait.... no one has any urge to speed things along or help out.
I've used this Credit Union since returning from Rota Spain, and the experience has been outstanding
great place just don't come on the 1st or the 15th and you will be behind some old filipino aunties who have never heard of the internet and still think you have to make deposits in person
Megan was by far the best banker I have ever met in my damn life, AND I HATE BANKERS! That last statement means a lot. It'll be a pleasure to keep coming back to this location so long as they keep her around!
