Great bank with some really great staff
We have recently moved to area and have used this location 5 or 6 times in the last month, morning hours. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and we are in and out in 5 minutes or less. We have also used the Atm numerous times with never more than 1 person in line. Really like this location!
Great banking and they just remodeled so it looks sparkling new.... and their online banking is the envy of other banks for sure. I miss their free coin sorting machine...it was an extra service that put the icing on the cake.
NFCU is the best banking period. Excellent banking services... highly recommend it. Excellent online banking too.
STAFF ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS. ALSO, I AM PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED & THE STAFF EVEN ASSIST ME TO OUR VEHICLE WHEN NECESSARY.
For the most part Navy Federal Credit Union will help American veterans with lowering the interest rate on car loans. Plus: In financing a morgage to get a house. Plus: Even help with providing real estate agents. Plus: Even offer a certificate of deposit . For a higher interest rate. Mostly all the staff are very professional and considerate. I have been with NFCU for over 15 years and never been disappointed. They are like family and always willing to answer questions and find answers for you, if they don't know what the answer to your question. The thing I enjoy is they build trust. Once a NFCU member, always a member. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They deposited the wrong amount on a check I deposited. (Altamonte Springs branch). They quickly took out the overage, but did not reverse it back into my employers account After a gazillion phone calls they still would not make it right. They promised to email, but did not. They promised to call back, but did not. I finally was able to get through to the branch manager Patricia. She was amazing! She got right on it. I have had Navy Federal Credit Union for about 4 years and I wish I had gone to them 20 years ago! They are always professional, get whatever job done, are very helpful, and I always feel better when I go in to the branch! They have a great positive energy about them! Member, MCB
