Like the fact that I have NFCU at this location. Just wish they would keep more tellers working when the line is so long. Every single time is the same.
Racially profiled a family member while trying to open a account goes against everything that we fight for. Do better by not judging people based on stereotypes.
My brother went to open acct., person he was working with requested, my husband's ID, birth certificate and access # - I'm a member for over 15 years wouldn't talk to me over the phone - refused him an acct. When he, my brother was a prior member. Called and was able to get acct opened over the phone. "Shaking my head."
