Called the specific phone number listed for this location only to go through 10 minutes of prompting to finally get a actual person who refuses to connect me with any individual at the actual branch to verify services that are offered at that specific branch. I was told that all branches are magically able to provide the same services and follow the same rules when that has not been the real life proof when you go to different locations in the same state, let alone different states or international. Front desk told us that Venezuelans and other immigrants were not accepted in this country nor in other credit unions in the region. Went extra racist by telling us that immigrants don't deserve to live in this country. Pure racism, enough to say we gave our money to another bank.
Mrs. Amy was so helpful and friendly while setting up my daughter’s checking account! She also explained the entire process. I usually go to the Orlando branch, but thanks to Amy’s excellent customer service, the Kissimmee branch will now be my new go-to location. Highly recommend her and this branch!
