What stood out the most was her patience and professionalism, she took the time to explain everything clearly to my mother and even went over the process multiple times to ensure we fully understood. The worst. I can’t even say how poor customer service is and now making payments reverts back to having to mail in payment vs being able to do so over the phone. I’m blocked out of my online accessing after my husband passed four months ago- I’m responsible for the loan, but there is zero grace or assistance in simply allowing for online payments due to being blocked out of online services. I would never recommend this company.

Professional but very discombobulated We were trying to apply for a home loan through Navy Fed and came in to schedule an appointment to meet with their appointed loan officer. The woman up front tells us we need to schedule an appointment to meet with them specifically, which we assumed was the loan officer, so we didn’t ask more questions.
