He is a sincere guy with a knack for financial advice. I will always sit in the waiting room for as long as I need to make sure Daniel is the guy I’m being helped by. ABSOLUTE ELITE BRANCH MANAGER AND TEAM MEMBERS!! Daniel, Kim, and Christina went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my husband and I with an auto loan refinance from USAA. They stayed 45 minutes PAST close time to make sure the situation was rectified (on USAA’s side) on a Saturday which is part of the reason I have been a member at NFCU for 15 years.
