ABSOLUTE ELITE BRANCH MANAGER AND TEAM MEMBERS!! Daniel, Kim, and Christina went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my husband and I with an auto loan refinance from USAA. They stayed 45 minutes PAST close time to make sure the situation was rectified (on USAA’s side) on a Saturday which is part of the reason I have been a member at NFCU for 15 years.
