Make a withdraw for overseas travel and they cannot even give you some clean bills Bank of America is much better!
I went into my bank today on my lunch break and was not assisted at all. The customer service was awful, and they asked questions that made no sense — like acting as if I didn’t know I can’t just go to an ATM and deposit money into my account. That’s not helpful. Honestly, Cash App is more helpful than my own bank. And not The first time that they disappointed me

This bank is open because of the proximity to post, and most of us military have an account there (just make things easier) but this place it not open because of their customer service. They are rude and careless, need a little more training. They are comfortable with their lack of caring and will laughed on your face about it.
