You should have more staff like Hannah. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable, and also recognizes me and says hi, even if she’s not the one helping me. She’s the reason I go to the Goodyear facility and not the closer in Glendale!
Went to open the account by person who works there Carra, rude, didn’t know what she was doing. This place needs better system and better customer service in order to actually keep clients.
The customer service is above reproach. The professionalism is on target and there attention to detail is great. They are also willing to teach with great knowledge.
