I had to wait an hour just to change my name on my card . When asked if someone could call me when it was my turn I was told “we expect you to wait here “. If you can’t provide a simple service under an hour there should be a willingness for accommodations.
Deplorable service. Both sons Navy Pilots, and I'm retired Navy. Had no previous accounts. Went to branch in November and set up new accounts. Lady at branch suggested I set up new Visa card because they were offering a $300 statement credit. I signed up, and 3 months later no $300 credit. I call the 800 number, and they say no $300 credit, since I was a "member since 2016". I explained that wasn't really a member but just filled out a form when my son was plebe at Annapolis. You should have more staff like Hanna. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable, and is also recognizes me and says hi, even if she’s not the one helping me. She’s the reason I go to the Goodyear facility and not the closer in Glendale!
Outstanding Customer Service from Carra! I had a great experience at Navy Federal, thanks to Carra! She was incredibly nice, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly, asked how I was doing, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find such genuine and attentive customer service, and she truly went above and beyond. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you, Carra, for making my experience a great one—I really appreciate it!
Not surprised with all these bad reviews. I own a business nearby and needed pennies for change. They won't do it without an account. I think that's a bad policy because they could have potentially gained a good business account. I've been in business nearly 10 years now. Not recommended especially for business.
