Drive thru is closed more than it’s opened, or so it seems. Minimal staffing inside to handle the growing lines. 12 in line for teller, 4 waiting for service for other than normal banking. Mediocrity would be better than this. #NoBranchLeadership

I was a little disappointed today. I needed a new debit card issued today as my card was compromised by some joker. I went into the branch today to do this and was told by the teller to wait and my name would be called when the card was ready. Well, I waited and waited for quite awhile and no one ever called my name. I went up to the lady at the front desk and told her.
