Navy Federal Credit Union was able to notarize documents and provide other services I needed on a Saturday. I was very satisfied and happy with their services especially during a weekend day.
At least 3 individuals in this branch need to be RIF’d. I’ve never encountered this low level competence and low life attitudes in any Navy Fed branch. They are living proof of why AI is going to take over. I happen chanced by this branch. So glad I was able to go to my frequented branch near Quantico where they handled my issue with ease - the same issue this Alexandria branch individual lied and said she could not handle. SABRINA was rude before you could even get “hello” out. SABRINA treats you like you are the stupidest person on Earth because you filled out a form in a way that another NFCU employee told you to. SABRINA literally threw papers back at me because NFCU wouldn’t accept them. At no point was I ever rude to SABRINA.
