Customer service training needed for tellers.
Just like all of the other reviews. These people are so rude for no reason. I was prepared. I was kind. I was met with an attitude that made me feel like I was an inconvenience to even be banking there. I’m a veteran and have banked with NavyFed for over a decade. Terrible.
This review is for the African American bank teller lady. I haven’t done anything yet and she already had an attitude. I even said thank you before I left and she didn’t even respond. Who hired her? Maybe the relative of the branch manager or something. If you don’t like dealing with humans, don’t work in this kinda line of work. Terrible customer service.
I encountered a teller with ZERO customer service training. The lack of courtesy of one tellers was just outrageous. There is no reason a halfway competent manager can miss the attitude problem this employee has. You are not doing your job by hiring and keeping employees who have no courtesy for clients. I started going to this branch because I encountered the same problem at another branch. It is time to complete the process of closing my accounts here.
Horrible customer service. Went to return boxes of coins and they started to count the coin rolls and the said they could not accept them, which is fine. Instead of giving the box back the way we gave it to them (nice and in order) the employee just threw the rolls back in the box causing it to break. If you ever had to carry a box of quarters and half dollars you would know they are not light. I have been a navy federal customer for years now and I have never had issues with them.
