Branch on 555 Broadway the Manager didn't want to make a transaction that I normally do in another Navy fcu branches.
Came to open an account for my minor and Jordan was extremely professional and helpful. She was ready to help me and answered all my questions right away! Thank you Jordan, you made a difference in our visit today!
Long lines
Went today sometime around 240pmish and I didn't get the first man's name, but Brandon and his coworker up at the front desk were extremely helpful, kind and very nice. Helped me out a lot while I was having my anxiety act up. Wonderful experience from them both!!!
