I have lost all respect for this establishment after what they did to me. NFCU has a program if you no longer can afford or want your vehicle. You must first get a repair estimate and second have a buyer submit an offer. Afters NFCU sends you an approval letter to give to the Buyer. The buyer has 14 days to pay,in return NFCU will release the the title and start your zero percent interest for the balance if any without any credit check. So today my wife visited to cash a check from her new job that was supposed to be direct deposited. She was stressed and didn’t know what to do so I advised her to go to navy federal and see how they can help with this inconvenience. At 4 pm she rushed right over to the branch in Chandler AZ and waited to be seen. When she was seen she was met by a gentleman, handed him the check, and asked if he could help her cash it.
