They take care of and care for their customers
They gave me free coin rolls and even bought my $24 worth of pennies without a charge
It was the typical frustrating and excessive waiting even though there is more than enough employees working yet only 2 out of 7 are assisting customers. There is a greeter that could be helping get people in and out faster but they sit and do nothing. I am getting closer to switching banks. There is no benefits to banking with navy federal. I could make more interest and be a lot less frustrated with another bank and have a lot more time to do other important things within my life rather than wait while there is no reason t... read more
They are friendly and respectful as well as helpful. Decent atmosphere, not stuffy or snooty.
