RecommendedI’ve been a NFCU member since I was a teenager. My wife @ over 20 yrs while my kids since they were born. ( Minor Savings Acct ) Long line due to Covid restrictions, you’re not allowed more than 10 min inside. HELPFUL staff, bought a house last yr in the middle of the Pandemic & again another one about to close escrow next wk. 🙏🏻 I wish there’s another branch closer so don’t need to drive 13 miles away from my place.
Everytime a family member goes there they have a hard time cause they're hearing impaired ... they can't read lips cause of the mask. I have to call Everytime to get him assistance. This location isn't ADA friendly at all.

we went to pick up equipment to work from home with.
The dispute department is HORRIBLE! The telephone customer service supervisors are HORRIBLE!! They do not listen to the customer nor do they care. The branch representative were trying to be helpful but that is where the buck stops. I went to a co op ATM. NFCU has several locations that you can conduct business transaction on their behalf including deposits. I went to an ATM that NFCU is in partnership with.
