Don't go to navy federal credit union in Fairfax Virginia off Jermantown Road. Just experienced my first fraud encounter and that branch just wasn't any help whatsoever, The staff is nice there, but I feel if you have serious issues like I did with fraud it will be more of a headache dealing with that branch. I ended up going to headquarters in Vienna and they were immediately able to help me and expedite my fraud claim and give me exact detail on what is going to happen.
