The manager and staff of the Burke Branch have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been banking there for years and have never experienced anything but exemplary service.
Such an unprofessional experience today. I came in and the guy greeting didn’t greet. I informed him that I had to make a large wire transfer. Then he just kind of stared until I asked him what he needed from me and then he told me to give him my card. Then He just told me to sit down and then brought me a clip board and walked away. Since this was a VERY large transfer from an inheritance it was very important to get the paperwork correct which is why I came in to ask questions on how to do it.
