Very poor customer support. I filed a claim for a merchant that did a bad business deal (they sold me and out of warranty item and the item had an issue and the business would not exchange or refundthe item and NFCU sided with the business. Wil look for another bank soon.
Worst branch.
I walked in to the Burke Navy Federal Branch 10-15 minutes before closing to have a notary and cashiers check cut. I was greeted in a friendly manner & was treated warmly. I sat to wait for assistance & while sitting noticed several older men in line continually be greeted - many by name. One rep for Navy Federal even went over to talk to one of the gentleman.
