I am a new member if Navy Federal and to say the least I am NOT impressed. They apply a $5 activation fee but will not allow me to transfer the damn money over from a external account until the account is verified using the email provided with an activation code. I have the provided email but I have been waiting for 5 friggin days fir the dam code and now when I go to say I have not received the code and to resend it,it gives me a god damn phone number to call.
