Normally have good experiences at the location but today was different, I went in to deposit a check June 3rd arround 3pm, and handed it to the teller, Mary, who then decided that is was okay to insult the hand writing of an elderly disabled woman, she likened it to a child getting a hold of the check. No extra commentary was needed as the check was still readable by the machine. I guess that it's okay to insult patrons who come to this location. I will not be using this location if this is what is acceptable here.
Disgraceful. I went to Walmart because I needed a $10 bill. Bought some eggs and got cash back, but they would only give me a $20 bill. I went to the Walmart service desk and they refused to give me two tens. They said you have to buy something. I just bought these eggs for that purpose, and had no luck. I asked the register and they also declined. I asked the woman in line, she checked, but did not have it. She suggested that I try the bank. Mary provided the very best customer service I've received anywhere in at least a decade. She provided service that the NFCU online couldn't or wouldn't provide. Please give her a raise & a promotion. God bless Mary.
