Disgraceful. I went to Walmart because I needed a $10 bill. Bought some eggs and got cash back, but they would only give me a $20 bill. I went to the Walmart service desk and they refused to give me two tens. They said you have to buy something. I just bought these eggs for that purpose, and had no luck. I asked the register and they also declined. I asked the woman in line, she checked, but did not have it. She suggested that I try the bank. I am a new member if Navy Federal and to say the least I am NOT impressed. They apply a $5 activation fee but will not allow me to transfer the damn money over from a external account until the account is verified using the email provided with an activation code. I have the provided email but I have been waiting for 5 friggin days fir the dam code and now when I go to say I have not received the code and to resend it,it gives me a god damn phone number to call.
