Always a great experience at this credit union. 1030 on a weekday and made a deposit and opened an IRA and rolled over others. Waited about five minutes to see the IRA specialist and use the free Wi-Fi while I waited.
Every time I come here it's a twenty minute or more wait. There's one branch within 100 miles of me. Standing in line now and only 2 out of the 4 windows are open on a Friday during lunch, on a holiday weekend. They have a little "receptionist" that can be working behind the counter instead she's just sitting there.
Friendly and professional. Didn't have to wait very long to see an agent.
