I am sitting in downtown Jacksonville Florida trying to recieve cash for parking for a concert. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FROZEN BECAUSE NFCU THINKS IT IS FRAUD. I told them I am in a bad area and the phone operator said it will take 7 minutes to get someone on the phone to help. This is ridiculous so hopefully while I wait I hope I don't get MURDERED!!!!!!
