While I can do many things online, it's nice to have a local branch, where I can make deposits and use the ATM. I don't interact with the people here often, but when I do, they have been nice.

The location is very inconvenient! I love Navyfed but common why open a branch in the heart of downtown Miami? parking is a problem! most service member are in southcom Doral so why not open in Doral or move somewhere else where there are plenty of space..I had to pay $9 for parking.. that never ever happened to me overseas or state side..

This location is to cramped...it’s always a line. You cannot easily get in and out of this location. AND TODAY the lobby wasn’t open AT ALL! There was no signage telling you the lobby was closed and there was no valid reason. Just a lady saying I’m sorry you have to use the drive thru or the ATM...

Have had a VA mortgage with NFCU for years at 3%. In November 2020 applied for a VA refi of the loan at 2.5%. Here it is March 2021 and although the refi was conditionally approved, I can't get any further information from my loan processor about when it's supposed to close. I know there has been a huge number of veterans applying for loans, but the poor communication response to the status of questions I've asked is unacceptable.
