Navy federal credit union was contacted by me regarding a pending transaction where the original purchase was actually canceled. Amazon provided a letter by email to me that I forwarded to NFCU because Amazon can not by their policy contact my bank. This email stated the transaction was canceled and I was not charged for this purchase. This email not approved by NFCU and they will continue to hold my funds through the next 3-5 days. So now when I finish my Christmas shopping for my children, I will be running into overdraft ... read more
