While stationed at Pearl Harbor I saw NFCU. I walked in and signed up. That was around 1980. NFCU is One of the best Credit Unions. I am so thankful for a a credit union that really provides for financial well being. NFCU provides all the services one needs. I have benefitted so much with the help of NFCU. I highly recommend NFCU.
On two separate occasions, NFCU has caught fraud on my credit card. As soon as fraud was detected, I received a phone call and my card was cancelled. With NFCUs credit card services, my local branch created and issued me a new card in less than 5 minutes. Been with NFCU since I enlisted in 1990. I am a life-long customer.
I've never experienced anything negative when visiting branches throughout the DMV, I've been a member for about 13 years, sometimes the branches are really crowded but that's not abnormal as most financial institutions are depending on the time you go. Even then the lines move pretty fast and I'm usually out in a reasonable time, they're very helpful inside, on the phone and online.. Thanks Navy Federal
I went in to open an account for my 9 year old. Seems I was not the only member with that good idea but the staff worked together and quickly to get everyone in and out. My daughters name needs to be edited but other than that I enjoy going to this branch.
