This branch is one of the best by far. The branch manager goes out of his way to help you . It only took a short period of time to get my auto loan done in and out with no problems. Thanks Anthony for making my day so smooth
As of today I am locked out of my account unless I read 15 pages of gibberish and check OK.It would have been nice to have been notified prior to this.I;ve been a customer since the seventies and have used on-line banking since it started so why all of a sudden the MANIFESTO????
Walked in today at around 1030hrs, branch was empty. Walked up to the teller she says, "Be with you shortly." I wait patiently, no problem. Two customers come in. Teller finishes what she is doing, looks at me, looks at the people in line then asks, "Who was here first?" She sees me and is somewhat apologizing to the other customers. Apparently I did something wrong!? Usually my experiences are pleasant at this bank, I guess I just ran into a brainless teller. I'll stick to the atm to avoid nonsense like this in the future.
Friendly staff! Always personable & make banking a breeze! Keep up the great work NFCU!
