It would be convient to have a branch in the Villages. There are more retired military living there that would appreciate a convient branch to service their financial needs.
They deposited the wrong amount on a check I deposited. (Altamonte Springs branch). They quickly took out the overage, but did not reverse it back into my employers account After a gazillion phone calls they still would not make it right. They promised to email, but did not. They promised to call back, but did not. I finally was able to get through to the branch manager Patricia. She was amazing! She got right on it.
