RecommendedThis is my favorite branch. Navy Fed has figured out how to design and run a solid operation. The floor plan is open and functional, and the staff is personable and helpful. I assume the good vibe in this branch is a function of good leadership because the branch manager sets the tone and she is great.
Opened up a cd today with Arlen at Grossmont La Mesa Branch. . She was so nice and professional. Please give her a big raise. She represents Navy Federal so well.
