Had a wonderful experience with an auto loan. Jude was knowledgeable and patient with the mess of a situation that I bought in. If you are able to use Navy Federal for your financial needs I recommend that you always do so....thank you Jude
I wish they'd get rid of that AI answering service. It's completely incompetent. I would love to speak to a human being. God forbid you call Navy Federal and you don't have an account with them. Their AI answering service will send you on a wild goose chase and then you'll end up hanging up out of frustration. Navy Federal, we hate your AI answering services! Hire real people!! I would assume the company is making enough money to do that.

Wendy made my visit the worst experience ever at this branch!!! I called customer service to find out how to fix losing my entire purse on airport/airplane. I was directed to come in branch and they can replace the same day with my temp ID and my ssn. I drove all the way from Las Cruces NM and not only was Wendy RUDE, WRONG, Completely Unprofessional.
