The dispute department is HORRIBLE! The telephone customer service supervisors are HORRIBLE!! They do not listen to the customer nor do they care. The branch representative were trying to be helpful but that is where the buck stops. I went to a co op ATM. NFCU has several locations that you can conduct business transaction on their behalf including deposits. I went to an ATM that NFCU is in partnership with. RecommendedWe wish to comment on our experience with the Highland Falls, NY branch office. From the first visit to open our accounts thru the filing for a pre mortgage loan approval. Then submitting documents after we found our property in San Diego we were always treated in an outstanding manner.
