I love navy federal but trust me stay away from this branch they won't get anything done and really are just all around rude. I've went in over 13 times and everytime I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but always they come back being nasty and unprofessional.
Tess was my teller. She was cold when speaking and kept a stone face my whole visit. She seriously need customer service skills. I praise God I don't have an account here. I was making a deposit for someone. This experience was the worst for my first visit. I gave them a rating of 2 stars because of the greeter. She appeared shocked when I said either you tell the manager or I will. I pray I never have to return. Unless they have tellers with nothing short of excellent.
I just had the greatest, most smoothest experience closing on a home loan with Navy Federa!! This is my 3rd home and by far the most easiest process. My loan officer, Monique Furgerson, held my hand every step of the way. She was patient and very understanding with my circumstances and was so gracious even when I'm sure I was getting on her last nerves with phone calls and emails. Navy Federal is #1 in my book for all of my banking needs!! Thanks Monique and Navy Federal!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗
