The member service representatives didn't seem knowledgeable at all. There was hestation in each response to my questions which made me feel uncomfortable in handling other account business. I rode to a different branch.
I met a guy here to pay off his loan and purchase his boat. Louis who works for this place was a complete jerk! He asked me what are you doing here? Give the check to the owner of the boat. Trust him to pay it off and send the title in the mail. I told him I’m not turning over $12,500 with no paper work on the Boat trusting someone I don’t know. He refused to do his job.
