I bought GAP insurance through them and when my vehicle got totaled I thought I was covered and everything was taken care of. I'm now coming back from Hawaii (where I was stationed) to find out it wasn't taken care of and there's a remaining balance and it's been on my credit this whole time!! Which is now effecting me and my family in trying to get settled back into the civilian world again.
