Because I used someone’s else’s computer to become a member and now I’m not able to bank with Navy Federal.
This was the worst experience we've had with Navy Federal. We were treated very poorly and Krystal was very rude. She needs house training. My husband was very offended and had to leave. We drove 2 hours to be welcomed by an inconciderate representative who seemed like we were a bother. We do not appreciate being treated this way and would rather conduct business with USAA.
