Wanted to shout out the entire staff at Navy Federal Lemoore especially the gentlemen who helped me and answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. (His name was Miguel or Jesus) he was at the last desk, the furthest from the door. I feel people don’t get their flowers 💐💐 often enough and people are quick to criticize but not as quick to talk about the positive experiences they have had, something a little off about that from a societal standpoint Anyways thank you 🙏 once again keep up the solid amazing work!

I highly recommend USAA over navy federal. Half the time I can't log into my accounts. Even Verizon will give you discounts on Usaa auto pay but but not for Navy federal. They lag , their zelle is slow and delayed ( usually a business day) , their wires take days . Usaa is FAR more convenient and I never got stuck waiting for them to use my funds. I am now getting late fees thanks to your system not functioning properly. I will take my business back to USAA. Usaa will release funds days before Navy approves any funds outboun... read more
