I highly recommend USAA over navy federal. Half the time I can't log into my accounts. Even Verizon will give you discounts on Usaa auto pay but but not for Navy federal. They lag , their zelle is slow and delayed ( usually a business day) , their wires take days . Usaa is FAR more convenient and I never got stuck waiting for them to use my funds. Been trying to Log into my account for a month now and no one helps. They give you the run around and send you through all these loop holes. They are nothing but fraud. They do not help fellow veterans like myself trying to get on my feet. I do not recommend this Bank at all. The CEO deserves to a force retirement.
