Deposited 2 checks in a Navy Fed ATM over $10,000 and they did not put a dime into my account for over 3 days and then charged me an overdraft fee. Will be looking for a new credit union.

Untrained staffs lack knowledge and communications. Closing accounts and refund process is unreliable!
You can't open buisness account without using their online system to apply. The system consistently fails to save information. There's no other way. Super outdated way of running a company. Zero customer service.
