Navy Federal is my go-to branch! The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient, so there is little to no wait time whenever I visit. My only suggestion is adding an automatic handicap door button at the front entrance. I had a bit of a struggle opening the door while on crutches, so having that installed would make accessibility much easier for everyone.
It's eascan easy and good experience no waiting in line walk straight to teller on a Friday afternoon
