NFCU has terrible customer service support. They mock your issues, and would rather make fun of your issues rather than helping. Instead of even trying to help, I would rather shut all my accounts down.
One of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve had primarily because of the ATM functionality. On Presidents’ Day, I was unable to deposit money, which makes no sense for a major financial institution. ATMs are supposed to provide convenience regardless of branch hours.
