I had to change my name on my account after I got married, first they did even say hello I could have been anybody!! Then, the teller was training a gentleman and of course something some up and they tell me I have to do it myself!! What in the world..... Pathetic is the word I can say on this review. 10 years I have been with NFCU and this is what I get ! I will drive to Vienna where they are more professional.
Let me start off with how kind Karen the teller was. She was so sweet and was happy to help with anything I needed. She was efficient, admirable, and tried her darndest to help me. I came in around close, and she treated me with empathy like I was the first one in the door. 111111111/10 employee. Karen made me feel like a valued navy federal customer
