I visited the Reston branch to pick up my auto loan check. It was ready in less than 5 minutes. Also the staff were really professional and friendly.
I have been their costumer for more Than 12 years. They kept bothering me use the internet to deposit your checks. I finally do it 3 day after check did not clear I go to the bank They tell me they are negotiating with the other bank for the money. I got mad they talk to me like it was the year 1950. Then the so call supervisor tells me is going to take 6 days to clear counting Saturday and Sunday 8 days.
