I had great experience with NFCU branch in Reston. I came 30 minutes before closing time on Saturday but my application had been processed during this visit, even though the Loan Officer Eric and his colleagues had to stay longer to finalize the paperwork. Excellent customer service and high level professional support!
Thank you Steve he’s the best, someone give this man a raise. He got me an approved motorcycle loan in 5 minutes flat, no joke. Best customer service too.
This ATM is constantly out of money.
The automated phone system is very cumbersome and frustrating. I called a particular branch and got a central operator not co-located. To get to that operator, I had to answer four questions that STILL DID NOT TAKE ME TO THE OPERATOR. The 5th one finally did (and don’t think you can press one or zero at any time to get the operator, you can’t).
