AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! PLACES HOLDS ON MEMBERS ACCOUNTS WHEN THE 3 GUIDELINES FOR PLACING HOLDS ON ACCOUNTS DID NOT OCCUR! I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $$$ CREDIT ON TOP OF MY $$$ CREDIT LIMIT! THEY COULD (REGARDLESS IF THEY DECIDE/CHOOSE TO OR NOT) MAKE EXTRA MONEY OFF MY $$$ ADDITIONAL CREDIT!
the loan officer suggested a loan and didnt know the qualifications for it, then said we didnt have enough equity in our home. we have about 60k and wanted 10k. left my wife on hold almost an hour, the next day transferred her and it hung up on her. customer service isnt very good
Great location that is always willing to help and get things done
Absolute worst bank to get an auto loan from. They were having issues transferring lean holder names on the title to my car. It was an 8 month fight and they kept threatening me that they were going to change my 4% apr to a 20% because of something I had no control over. Then they finally just send me the title to my car so I can get it fixed in person and I'm now having to pay ANOTHER title fee. I fight with them weekly over this stupid issue. They really need to get their paperwork together and their heads right. Smh worst... read more
I wish I could give you no stars. Every time my husband or myself come to any branch of this bank we are treated rudely and given no help. It's nice to know when someone has stolen our information we can not trust you to help us deal with us.
This bank used to be the best hands down until I had to call them out on their direct deposit advertisement...they lied and I'm going back to the worse bank there is, First National Bank!
My favorite and only bank! Wonderful service and products!
