This bank is unethical.
I have been banking exclusively with NFCU since 1986 and haven't changed banks because besides having great products, the customer service is exceptional. I have had fraudulent charges that NFCU alerted me to and took care of everything. I have financed 7 different new and used vehicles over the years and only once did I get a better interest rate from the dealership. That is 875 batting average for my bank.
