I have been a member for 21 years and I was so disappointed with the service received today from Karen G Arazana. On March 13, 2020 I have requested a notary service with no issues. Today, June 12, 2020 Karen denied me service as my name has changed. I have copy of marriage certificate as proof of name changed not including name in the NFCU system showed I am who I said I am. I have driver license and military ID-still refused me the service. Horrible way to treat your customer! So disappointed!
