Have had a VA mortgage with NFCU for years at 3%. In November 2020 applied for a VA refi of the loan at 2.5%. Here it is March 2021 and although the refi was conditionally approved, I can't get any further information from my loan processor about when it's supposed to close. I know there has been a huge number of veterans applying for loans, but the poor communication response to the status of questions I've asked is unacceptable.
