This is the best bank we've ever worked with.Staff is very welcoming and customer service in bank and online is first class.
This is the 4th or 5th time since this branch opened where I've made a 20min(one way, out of the way) drive to make a deposit and the atm is not accepting deposits! This is EXTREMELY frustrating!!! If this causes an overdraft I'm going to be pissed! I'm at work during banking hours & a great majority of my banking is done via ATM. Complete inconvenience. I like NFCU but I will have to look in to other options if this is their norm.
