I have never received such poor customer service from a bank. They have had thousands of my dollars and have refused to call me back or give me what I rightfully paid for. Ms. Ellis I hope you never get the opportunity to help another customer again. All you did was lie to me.
I came at 2:24 to use the coin counter today. I went to the website, tried calling, everything, to make sure the bank would be open on Christmas Eve. Nothing said the bank would close at 2pm. When I tried to call, everything is automated and I couldn't get any other info about the hours other than closed on Christmas. I brought my jar down from NYC to get these counted, and now I'm seriously frustrated because I won't be back in Richmond til Sunday night, when I leave. They have great customer service. They greet you as soon as you walk in.
I am so disgusted at the service we have received from our Loan officers on our Mortgage loan. It is impossible to even get someone to contact you back in a timely manner. My wife couldn't even call and complain without my "approval". Navy Federal who prides themselves on being there for the service member has really dropped the ball on this one. Save your money and go somewhere else for all your loan needs!
