AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! PLACES HOLDS ON MEMBERS ACCOUNTS WHEN THE 3 GUIDELINES FOR PLACING HOLDS ON ACCOUNTS DID NOT OCCUR! I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $$$ CREDIT ON TOP OF MY $$$ CREDIT LIMIT! THEY COULD (REGARDLESS IF THEY DECIDE/CHOOSE TO OR NOT) MAKE EXTRA MONEY OFF MY $$$ ADDITIONAL CREDIT!
This branch seems to careless that their ATMs often do not work or don't work correctly. Often on weekends you are not able to make deposits via the ATM after hours. They have no solution and seem to be ok with you taking your money to other institutions because they are broke. They have told me repeatedly that their machine will not be replaced soon. For being the largest CU in the world, they are are amateurs sometimes. I would not recommend this credit union if you do banking via ATM.
