horrible customer service!!! they didnt notify anyone that direct deposits would not be available on time!!!! The clerks have the nerve to be rude..... it's not your money.... its mine! now they stop taking calls. Imagine how the members feel.
Kudos to outstanding customer service every time I go; however this evening in particular I had wonderful service from a sweet lady in the back (I don't want to misspell your name.. But you know who you are) thank you for explaining everything to me concerning my IRAs and never rushing me (even though I was in there after closing) #iluvnavyfed
